Description:
Castello di Frino in Ghiffa is a small Hotel, a beautiful Castle which boasts a very beautiful view on the Lake Maggiore located in a large secular park, amid a calm oasis ideal to relax and spend a pleasant stay.
Our Frino Castle has of 14 bedrooms and 1 suite, all with private facilities and furnished in style.
The Hotel Castello di Frino offers the following services and facilities:
- the hall with the reception
- an internal restaurant with the excellent cuisine which proposes the best regional and national specialities
- the bar with a lake view terrace, where during the pretty season we serve the morning breakfast in the open air
- the swimming pool with the sun umbrellas and the deck-chairs, located in the garden facing the castle
- a tennis court in the park.
The Castello di Frino atmosphere lends to carry out splendid demonstrations, like wedding banquets or the ceremonies of every kind, in Ghiffa close to Verbania.
In the neighbourhoods there are the gardens of the Villa Taranto in Pallanza, Villa Pallavicino in Stresa, the golf club Pian di Sole in Stresa and horseriding in Fondotoce.

How
to reach the hotel:
- car
* exit the A26 freeway Genoa-Gravellona Toce in Baveno, if you come via Milan and Genoa, or take the exit of Gravellona Toce if you come from Domodossola or Walis in Switzerland. Continue towards Verbania and past Intra you will get to Ghiffa.
* if you come from Ticino along the Lago Maggiore state road, via Locarno-Ascona, the village of Ghiffa is just before arriving to Verbania.
