Description:
Our Albergo il Rondo' Bed & breakfast is a small Hotel located near the historical center of Montepulciano, amid olive groves and vineyeards which distinguishes the countryside of the Renaissance town.
Il Rondo' is surrounded by a large garden which grants its guests quietness and fresh air, even if it is only at 500 mt from the walls of the town, at an easy reach by a short walk.
Albergo il Rondò has seven double rooms, all differently furnished, with the possibility of changing them into suites with independent entrance from the garden.
Each bedroom has private bathroom with shower, digital colour TV, dressing room, minibar, independent air conditioning, safe, cable and wireless Internet connection ADSL also available from the garden.
Our rooms are decorated with pastel colours according to the '800 style, they are furnished with antique furniture and linen curtains with old, handmade embroideries.
Morning breakfast is served in the lounge at the groundfloor of the hotel.
The accurate decorations and furniture will give a warm and familiar atmosphere to our resident guests.
Although the hotel is not far from the historical center, all the windows overlook the lovely garden of ancient plants and trees.
The large communal areas allow our guests to enjoy the warm atmosphere of this cosy hotel.
Guests can meet in the evening to comment on their daily excursions or to be able to plan the next days tours.
A well equipped sports area with tennis courts, athletics field and gym is at short distance from the hotel.
Anyway, on coming out of the hotel there are many country roads and paths where to walk along in the beautiful scenery of the Tuscan countryside.
The hotel has also a private car park which is reserved for our guests use.

- by car:
* coming from Roma on Motorway A1 get out at Chiusi Chianciano Terme exit, turn right and then, immediately after, left into State Road SS nr. 146 towards Chianciano Terme, go past Chianciano and follow SS146 as far as Montepulciano.
* coming from Firenze by the A1 (autostrada del sole) exit at Valdichiana - Bettole - Sinalunga and turn left towards Torrita di Siena (SP327), drive past Torrita and follow the Regional Road SP326 as far as Montepulciano.
** from both directions when in Montepulciano reach "chiesa di Sant'Agnese" which is in front of the north entrance to the town (Porta al Prato).
At the roundabout in front of the church, turn into Via Bernabei (it is on the right, looking at the church), turn right after 200 m into Via delle Lettere, go as far as the bus station and turn left into Via Martiena, the Hotel Il Rondò is atfer 300 m on the left.
