Description:
The B&B is situated in the Tuscolano quarter at just 100 meters from the line A - underground station of Subaugusta.
Within easy walk you can reach the cinematographic studies of Cinecittà and the center trades of "Cinecittà two".
Furthermore the area is very well connected to the University and the Policlinic of "Tor Vergata", with the Ciampino airport and the Roman Castles region.
The apartment is located in a side street of Via Tuscolana with various shops, storees, pub, restaurants and pizzerie.
It is set inside a graceful mansion, at the second floor with a lift and is composed of two wide bedrooms modernly furnished and very confortable.
The service supplied provides either the formula bed & breakfast with daily rates, than the weekly rent of the entire apartment including the kitchen self-catering use.
The two rooms can both have double or twin beds and also the possibility to add an extra bed, having a comfortable sofà, tv and a wide balcony.
The rooms are available in the tonality of the orange or the blue.
The apartment has been furnished with tenuous colors to render a relaxing atmosphere and every detail has been particularly studied with care.
The aim is to supply a serious service and a good hospitality to render you a pleasant stay.
The owners will be happy to accommodate also you in their house!
On request also transferts from/to the railway station or the airport can be organized.
