Description:
Comfortable Villa for Bed and Breakfast accommodation with own warm indoor Club Restaurant room and from spring to fall, on the patio nearby the outdoor swimming pool, for a relaxing attractive holiday, not far from the beaches of the Versilian Riviera and easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Florence.
The Villa boasts five bedrooms (a spacious suite and a junior suite - to suit a family needs, and 3 double or twin room - all have ensuite bathroom), a large secluded garden with an above-ground swimming pool and excellent facilities, to render you a great enjoyable stay.
Bright and traditional, it is nice and cool in summer and has access onto a furnished 'veranda' - an ideal place also for al fresco breakfasts.
Guests may choose to stay home and dine at the Villa, where the evening meals are prepared from the owners, a young couple who live in the annexee between the pool and the parking.
The holiday Guest House makes an excellent base for your trips all over Tuscany and to Cinque Terre.
Its private location gives you somewhere to top up your tan in peace, but there are wealths of diversions and holiday activities within a short driving distance.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - B&B La Locanda di Filo:
Arrival Between 3 and 8 pm. In case that the guest arrives after 8 pm, please advice.
Departure Within 10.30 a.m.
The price includes Overnight stay, breakfast, parking, use of the swimming pool, daily room cleaning.

Booking In order to book definitely, it is necessary to send a 20% down payment through the sending of the credit card data, bank transfer or postal order.
Cancellation In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
Pets Pets are not allowed.

How to reach the hotel:
- By car:
The Villa is at just 3 km. from the motorways A11 Florence-Lucca/Pisa Nord (coming from south-east and the Italian midland regions) and A12 if coming from north (Parma or Genoa) or south-west (Rome) - exits of Viareggio-Camaiore.
Follow the road towards Camaiore and the hills along the State Road and drive for about 2 km. Then turn left at the crossing and follow signs to the Villa.
- By train:
Railway Stations of Viareggio or Pisa.
- By plane:
Pisa Int.al Airport "G. Galilei" is at only 25 km.
