Description:
It is located between Lucca and Pietrasanta, in the vicinity of the Tuscan Coast with its splendid beaches, in a quiet corner among olive groves.
An authenitic old oil mill "Frantoio" of the 18th Centrury completely refurbished and tranformed into a Bed & Breakfast provinding personalized and confortable services, in the tranquillity of the Tuscan hills.
The accommodation offered is in well equipped and fournished rooms with a taste of charme, most of which with en suite bathrooms.
The 5 rooms have also a satellite television, heating and some also with a balcony with a nice view.
The morning breakfast is served outside in the garden, during the nice season or in the splendid living-room in the wintertime.
The "Frantoio" remain open all year round and Signora Odille, who manage the Bed & Breakfast, give its guests her personal welcome, even to take you there form the exit of the motorway or the railway station.

The Frantoio is at 7 km. of the exits of motorways A12 in:
* Versilia (coming from north)
* Viareggio-Camaiore (coming from south) or by the A11 Motorway (Florence-Viareggio) if coming from the center of Italy.
Follow the road towards the hill side till you reach State Roat 439 to Capezzano Pianore. Proceed direction to Santa Lucia e past the crossing of the "Rotaio" Castle turn left into Via Cannoreto.

Railway Stations of Viareggio or Pietrasanta.
- By plane:
Pisa Int.al Airport "G. Galilei" is at only 30 km.
