Description:
The elegant facade in Liberty style, which distinguishes the hotel from the other buildings along the promenade, anticipates the peaceful and quiet atmosphere indoors.
The 75 rooms are carefully and refinedly furnished. Though some of them face the Viale a Mare, soundproof windows grant a relaxing stay. Each room provides individual air conditioning control, radio and satellite TV set, minibar and direct telephone. The charming suites and junior suites overlook the sea.
The “Roof Garden” on the terrace offers a marvellous view extending from the Ligurian promontories to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, framed by the tops of the Apuan Alps.
“Il Cancello” (The Gate), the small cosy restaurant of the Palce Hotel, provides special dinners, with a clear liking for traditional seafood dishes.
The “American Bar” is the ideal place where to drink the hotel delicious cocktails, while the “Belle Epoque Room” is particularly suitable for gala dinners, banquets and business lunches.
The Palace Hotel also features highly-equipped conference rooms for meetings and congresses.
Crossing the Viale a Mare, the hotel guests can reach the bathing establishment, which has an arrangement with the hotel and is provided with sea water swimming pool. The Tennis Club is only 100 metres from the hotel, while the Versilia Golf Club is about 12 Km. away.

- By car:
Leave A 12 or A 11 Motorways at Viareggio toll, head towards the sea. Turn left into the Viale a Mare and go on for about 1 km. The Palace Hotel is on the left- hand side.
- By train:
Viareggio railway station is about 1 km from the hotel. Take a taxi outside the station or walk to the sea front; then turn right into the Viale a Mare; the hotel is on your right.
- By plane:
nearest airports are in Pisa, Florence or Genoa.
