Description:
An apartment in an excellently located villa with a swimming pool, extremely panoramic yet just a few minutes from the centre of the town, midway between the most well-known places on the Sorrento coast (Sorrento, Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agata sui due Golfi) and the Amalfi Coast (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello).
The apartment is accessed by a private automatic gate beyond which there is a car parking area.
Furnished in a simple, basic style yet which excellent taste, the apartment is next to the owners’ villa, with a wide private entrance leading from a patio for the exclusive use of customers, separate from that of the owners, from where an enchanting view over the entire Bay of Naples can be enjoyed.
The patio is equipped with wickerwork and wrought iron tables and chairs, extractable sun canopy, and leads into the two bedrooms.
The apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms both with bathtub and shower, two corner kitchens both with dining area, lounge area with sofa bed. A further single bed is available to offer a total of 4 + 3.
Together with the very discreet owners, customers can enjoy use of the swimming pool set in the beautifully kept garden, with palms and bougainvillea, below the apartment, overlooked from the patio.
The apartment also offers a mini-refrigerator, hot and cold air conditioning, two TVs.
The nearest village (Colli di Fontanelle) with restaurants and food stores is around 1 km from the apartment; only 2 km away is the main centre of Piano di Sorrento where all amenities can be found. Bus stop at 200 metres.
The use of a car is recommended.
